Kervan Tatil Köyü

This hotel lives on old merits and has previously maintained a good standard. Since the 2022 season, food, cleaning and location have deteriorated. It is beyond my understanding how anyone can leave 5 star reviews. It's sad not to be able to give Kervan a higher rating but that's exactly what they deserve. Attached pictures is representative of what you can expect from this hotel in terms of their services.

We stayed in the summer. I forgot to comment. On the first evening, while I was reading a book, they turned off the light above me. Since we were staying in the so-called suite room on the entrance side, we were in a common area. I said, "I'm sitting, turn off the light." He said something I didn't understand, the man hung up and left. The next evening, our brother did not turn it off while others were sitting. I guess the canteen didn't find our turnover sufficient. We were swollen from swearing songs from morning to evening. Never stay in the suite rooms on the entrance side. You can hear music from morning to evening, as well as waiters shouting and swearing in front of the window. There is no cleaning. I don't know how the food can be so artificial on the edge of such nature. Not literally, there are actually breakfast dishes from BİM. The room we entered looked like it had not been cleaned, there were cigarette butts and chewing gum. It was falling. The door frame is already broken. We left a day early even though we paid the money. Friends, consider that day as a light bulb price. We stayed there for the first time 5 years ago and it was like this again...

1.The location is perfect. It is right by the sea, the entrance is annoyingly pebbly, but once you enter, it has perfect sand. It has a pier. You can enter the first entrance with a few sand sacks. Or, the pebbles at the entrance can be cleared a little to open an entrance. 2. Almost all of the sun loungers are broken or cracked. Cushions are torn and very dirty. 3.The rooms are very nice and spacious. Cleaning was inadequate. Because there is a lack of staff. Employee House Keepers work very hard. Since the rooms are distributed over a large area, they are inadequate. 4. Breakfast and food are sufficient. There are two main meals served in the evening. Side dishes and appetizers are delicious. Attention; *But if you come late, there is a problem... 5. The bar that sells fast food items is very inadequate, the staff does not know the job anyway. I didn't feel like saying it was so indifferent. (I may use this word because of his ignorant actions.) 6. Reception Ms. Zeynep was very attentive. Since we are not dealing with the other lady, there is no comment. 7. As far as we observed, there are two managers and a chef in the hotel. One of the managers didn't seem interested in anything. The one whose name was İbrahim Bey tried to take care of everything. But it fell short. I think he was very tired and sometimes he was rude to the customers. Even on issues where he was right, he became unfair due to his impulsive behavior. 8. Conclusion: With sufficient staff and good management, this hotel can be an excellent holiday facility. 9. The restaurant windows and the wall in front of it were extremely dirty. After persistent warnings from the customers, they cleaned and washed it under the leadership of Manager İbrahim Bey. 10. Surrounded by olive trees, with fresh air and next to the sea. We had an excellent holiday between 23 August - 30 August 2023, regardless of the disruptions. (The reason why I give zero to the service is the lack of staff and lack of coordination.)

I wouldn't recommend it for those who are obsessed with cleaning. There is a musty smell and lack of hygiene in the rooms, especially in the bathroom and toilet. Pets are accepted around and there is not a single animal mess in the rooms, although the hotel also has animals, the only people who use it are people. The cats and dogs of the hotel are very polite, they didn't do anything like jumping on the table in any way, they just come to you if you want, we are very pleased ☺️ the sea is just cold, other than that, it is very pleasant to swim, the pier is beautiful. If they had done the cleaning in the rooms, I would have given 10/10, unfortunately, I am an extremely meticulous person. The food is good in terms of price performance, the buffet is satisfying enough.
